Event Registration Terms & Conditions
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations for all registrations must be advised in writing to the event coordinator, Lynn Morris, 14 days prior to the event date. A refund of registration fees paid or invoiced, less an administrative charge of 10%, will be processed following receipt of cancellation advice 14 days prior to the event date.
Cancellations after this date will not be refunded, however, may be transferred to another name.
Event numbers are limited by venue capacity. Catalyst Exchange reserves the right to refuse registration if the event is full. Catalyst Exchange may also revise event dates if insufficient registrations are received.
A number of our events may be photographed and/or videoed and Catalyst Exchange reserves the rights to use the material for marketing purposes. However, if you do not wish to be included in any photos or videos you must notify us in writing before the event.
Credit card charges will appear on your statement as Catalyst Exchange Pty Ltd. A tax receipt will be issued for all payments through PayPal. For any account enquiries please call 02 9114 8605 or send an email to our accounts department.
Cancellation or Changes by Catalyst Exchange Pty Ltd
Should Catalyst Exchange be required to cancel an event we will provide as much notice as possible to all confirmed delegates and any monies paid to Catalyst Exchange will be refunded in full. Catalyst Exchange accepts no liability for the loss of any monies by delegates relating to cancelled events.
Should an event be revised following cancellation by an advertised speaker, Catalyst Exchange will make every endeavour to secure a speaker of equal calibre.
Catalyst Exchange reserves the right to change an event's venue (within the same capital city) if required to more accurately cater to delegate numbers.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Catalyst Exchange accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates, nor do we accept any liability for injuries/losses of whatever nature incurred by participants and/or accompanying persons, nor for loss or damage to their luggage, computers and/or personal belongings. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
Catalyst Exchange is bound by the National Privacy Principles under the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000. The personal information disclosed by you to us will be used for the purpose of identifying you and confirming your participation. If applicable, financial information disclosed by you will be used only for the purposes of effecting the transaction to which it relates, and will be kept securely until legally able to be deleted. Otherwise, the personal information disclosed will be used by us to communicate with you about our events, meetings and services. If you do not want to receive communications from us unrelated to a particular transaction, please advise Lynn Morris, Office Coordinator & Online Communications Manager.
Catalyst Exchange will not provide contact details to any third party without the individual's permission.
The information included for any event registration is correct at the time of publishing. Catalyst Exchange reserves the right to alter or delete items from the program as circumstances dictate and takes no responsibility for any errors, omissions and changes.
